SOCO,   Hydraulic   High   Speed   and   Precision,   Tube  and   Pipe  Bender Model   SB-75 NC-MP,   Fully  Automatic  with   Plane  Angle  Rotation   for  high  production   with   NC   Control   System  which  will  provide  precision  bend with excellent  repeatability  and equipped  with  the  following  features:

Bending capacity  0”  OD.  round,  square  and  profile  tube.
45 Programs  are  available  to  preset  bending  angles and each  program is  able  to  register  up  to  9  position  in  one  bending  cycle.

8 Plane  Angle  Rotations  are  provided   to   preset   planed   bend   with auto-reset  to  Home   Position  at  the  end  of  each   bending  cycle.

Bending accuracy  is  within   + / –  01 º  per   90 º  bend.
Control panel   is   well  designed   to   be   user   friendly   with  graphic, easy   to   read  instruction  and  touch   screen   sensors.

Automatic Mandrel   Retraction   and   8  Bending  Distance  Stops  with measurement  gauge.

Solid State  PLC  unit  provides  trouble  free
Movable Bar Control  with  emergency stop and  other safety devices are equipped in many locations on the bender  with operator’s safety in  mind.
