Overview
The Gleason 125GH is a CNC vertical gear hobbing machine manufactured by Gleason Corporation, designed for high-speed, automatic gear cutting with a compact footprint. It features a Fanuc control system, can cut gears up to 125 mm (5 inches) in diameter, and can be optionally equipped with software to cut gears up to 200 mm (8 inches) in diameter. The machine includes features like a chip conveyor, mist collection, and an 180-position loader for parts.
