Stage 1 – Film is automatically unwound into the machine
Stage 2 – The film is formed into the required cavity shape and size
Stage 3 – The Operator loads the products to be packed into the formed cavities
Stage 4 – Paper is automatically unwound and positioned over the filled cavities
Stage 5 – Film and paper are sealed together
Stage 6 – The packs are cut into separate items
Stage 7 – The machine ejects the completed packs onto the Outfeed Conveyor
