The Fanuc ARC Mate 100iBe is a val­ue ori­ent­ed robot designed to deliv­er peak pro­duc­tiv­i­ty for arc weld­ing robot appli­ca­tions. It has six axes, a remark­able reach/​stroke ratio, and ele­vat­ed axis speeds. The com­pact Fanuc 100iBe R‑J3iB weld­ing robot design reduces instal­la­tion and trans­porta­tion timing. The con­troller has been inte­grat­ed into the base of the weld­ing robot to sim­pli­fy instal­la­tion and con­serve pro­duc­tion floor space. All basic arc weld­ing robot­ic soft­ware fea­tures are sup­port­ed to pro­vide supe­ri­or per­for­mance for sim­ple and com­plex arc weld­ing appli­ca­tions. The ARC Mate 100iBe R‑J3iB is capa­ble of arc weld­ingas well as a vari­ety of weld­ing applications. The 100iBe robot has a con­densed wrist design min­i­mizes air-cut times, high axis speeds enhances prod­uct out­put, and is avail­able with 2 or 6 brakes.
