It is very suitable to the flexible production with less quantity, especially for the components which need multi bends on one tube. It is much more affordable than CNC 3 axes machine, nevertheless it is capable of multi- bends job as well.
1.Touch screen PLC control with graphic display for friendly use and easy operation. Program is with storage of 100sets x 10 bends/set.

(1) Feeding axis –adjust and fasten the position blocks manually as required.
(2) Rotating axis - servo motor drove and with digital programming.
(3) Bending axis – hydraulics drove and with digital programming.
3. In auto mode, the machine will automatically do the tube rotation and bending after operator move the carriage to the right position.
