This Used Winkworth ZX500-6 Z-Blade Mixer/Extruder is a robust, high-torque processing system designed for mixing, kneading, and extrusion of highly viscous or cohesive materials. Built with a working capacity of approximately 500 liters and a total volume of 778 liters, the chamber is constructed from 304 stainless steel and measures 1,090mm (L) x 956mm (W) x 735mm (D).
It features a vacuum-rated domed hood, jacketed chamber for thermal regulation, and dual 30 kW Z-blade drives. A stainless steel screw discharge system, powered by a 22 kW motor/gearbox, allows for efficient unloading.
Included with the system are a Tool Temp TT-14500 H and a Tool Temp TT-508 X heating/cooling unit, plus (3) Hydac oil coolers mounted on a shared frame. The system is equipped with a main control panel and local operator interface, offering fully integrated process control.
