This Used Winkworth Z-Blade Mixer, Model 16Z-63, is a small-batch, vacuum-rated mixing system designed for dense and viscous product blending. The trough and Z-blades are constructed from 316/316L stainless steel, with a working capacity of approximately 27–36 liters (7–9.5 gallons) depending on product characteristics.
Equipped with dual stainless steel Z-blades, the unit is powered by a 4 kW geared motor, delivering precise mixing at 1464/37 RPM. The vacuum-rated hinged lid with clamps ensures safe processing under pressure. The external 304/304L stainless jacket supports heating/cooling, rated at 3.5 bar @ 150°C.
The unit includes an electrically actuated tilt discharge system, ICS iC220 chiller, and integrated control panel for both mixing and chilling operations. This is an ideal setup for R&D, pharma, cosmetic, and small-batch food processing.
