Overview

Our entry level Continuous Duty Star V Groover model, the JuniorStar-SP is designed to enable the smaller solid surface fabricator to profit from the V grooving method and remain on budget. 

The JuniorStar-SP is designed to v-groove various materials such as composite, PVC, solid surfaces, veneers, laminates, phenolics, solid wood and more.

Creating a V-fold edge, instead of building up the front edge, or a cove back splash profile, the v-groove is being applied from above, simultaneously taping from below, with the workpiece moving thought the machine automatically. Both linear and crosscuts up to 15” away from the fixed fence are possible. (Set-up controls are manual)
