Unused Rommelag 461 Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) Machine :

• Never used due to project cancellation, still in factory crates!
• Special ‘Cool BFS’ Design for Filling Heat Sensitive Products
• Designed for Small Volume Parenteral (SVP) product volumes up to 20ml per Ampule
• Configured as 20 cavity machine. Approximate output is 20,000 ampules per hour.
• Fill heads 14.7 mm on center. Ideal for 2 ml - 20 ml container size
• Suspension capable recirculating fill system
• Includes Rommelag trimming machine. Each index generates an overall output of 20 ampules per card. The cards are then separated into 4 cards with five ampules each
• 5 Liter, 316L stainless steel product buffer tank
• Includes ampule card punch station on the product discharge to separate the cards and remove flash.

Unused Rommelag CIM-944 Inspection Machine :

• The ampule cards pass through an up righter (standing the cards upright from a horizontal position) prior to the pre-treatment unit (PTU)
• Before inspection, the cards pass through a pre-treatment unit (PTU) that spins the containers so the product collects on one side of the ampule
• The system has six stations with a total of eight cameras
• The Automatic Visual Inspection station inspects the ampule cards for liquid in flag and liquid in twist off (cosmetic), plus black spots or particulate on body or black particulate in liquid (particulate)
• Approximate throughput is 22,000 units / cards per hour
