SCM "DMC Sytem SY TC 1350" Denibbing/Brush Sander
Ideal Sanding solution for all sanding applications, including cross grain, whitewood, stain, and sealer coats (including UV).
Width of 1,350 mm (53")
Min/max. working thickness of 8 - 200 mm (0.315 - 7.874"); the top structure lifts and lowers to set the part thickness.
The feed belt is made from 40 shore rubber and is connected to a high powered vacuum fan motor with silencer for maximum parts hold-down force. 
Variable feed speed by means of inverter,2 - 16 MPM (6.5 - 52.4 FPM). 
Independent top pressure rubber coated rollers with anti kick-back at the infeed and outfeed to safely feed and hold profiled workpiece surfaces; complete with anti kick-backsystem.
Sanding Heads Configuration:
1st.: Electronically controlled segmented platen with (22) air segments, inside Chevron belt, 15 HP motor, 248" X 6" abrasive belt
2nd. (19) 5" Rotating discs oscillate providing very uniform edge breading in whitewood sanding and eliminates most (if not all) hand sanding of the sealer coat. Motor for the disc station (1.5 HP). 
3rd: Electronically controlled segmented platen with (22) air segments, inside Chevron belt, 15 HP motor, 248" X 6" abrasive belt
Last Station: Double oscillating outfeed turbo jet blowers for panel cleaning.
Operator & Machine Controls: HYDRA V-Pad Control panel, PLC equipped with a 10" color touch-screen display, produces a graphic representation of the machine configuration on screen and stores up to (120) working programs for quick and easy setup.
