The ECM 395 is an electroporation system specifically designed to produce the precise field strengths and pulse lengths required for the transformation of gram -bacteria yeast and limited transfection of mammalian cells. The BTX ECM® 395 is an exponential decay waveform generator that delivers an exponentially decaying pulse.
