This is a Good Working Used Complete Porator. Actual Item Pictured. Comes with Single Cuvette Pulse Chamber and Cuvette Holder, Power Cord, and 6x4mm Cuvettes. Please Note, No User's Manual is Included but the Controls are Straight Forward and Easy to Operate. Unit Will be Guaranteed for 30 Days. We Tested the Unit Against a BTX Enhancer 400 Graphic Pulse Display and it Works as Intended (See Pictures).
The T-720 is an electroporation system specifically designed to produce the precise field strengths and pulse lengths required for the transformation of gram -bacteria yeast. The BTX ECM® T720 is an exponential decay waveform generator that delivers an exponentially decaying pulse.
