Automatic Vertical Tilt-Frame Band Saw is vertical saw frame allows the user to cut at any angle between 90° (straight cut) and 60° (miter cut) in both directions. The precision pivot system facilitates easy and accurate adjustment for angle cuts. Angle changes are made through a manually actuated hydraulic system with digital angle display or can be programmed through the auto-cycle programming on the HMI. AV-2026NC requires no tools to make angle changes. Saw frame also has an adjustable cant from 0 to 5 degrees. Rigid and heavy-duty saw frame, bed and wheels provide for maximum vibration dampening and improved cutting performance.
