Bandsaw Machine with Fully Automatic Cutting System, Completed Cutting Line

This bandsaw machine features a 500mm x 550mm capacity and comes with a customized cutting system. The system includes an integrated feed-in system, storage system, three band saw machines, a feed-out system, and an additional storage system, all controlled by a PLC. Customers can input cutting jobs through a touchscreen interface. The PLC is programmed to execute and complete cutting jobs automatically.

Equipped with a surveillance system, operators can easily monitor the machine's working status. This not only saves on manpower but also reduces the time needed for checks.

This customized cutting system effectively addresses the problem of heavy cutting jobs for our customers. It significantly reduces the need for manual labor. With no requirement for different machines or a complicated conveyor system, it also saves a considerable amount of cutting time.
