Cosen's automatic horizontal bandsaw model C-780FNC-3ML is designed with a servo-driven 3M shuttle stroke and is capable of super-fast feeding and automatic cutting of long materials such as rectangles, tubes, bars, angles and more. Smart NC-100 (SNC-100) technology provides most of the benefits of NC-controlled saws at a fraction of the cost.
SNC-100 controls are programmable for up to 100 different jobs, including quantity and length of cut. The controls automatically compensate for kerf loss as data is entered, eliminating the need to manually calculate the number of indexes. Rugged, reliable and advanced technology are all words that describe Cosen's 780mm automatic horizontal double column band saw, making it the perfect saw for mass production environments.
