Its hydraulic thread drive, mandrel expansion, and hold-down arm ensure secure and efficient coil handling, complemented by a clock spring safety guard and air brake for operational safety.Paired with the Feed Lease FLCCS-2476-7.5 powered coil straightener, this system handles material up to .187" thick at full width, or .250" thick for narrower stock. The straightener features seven precision rolls, adjustable breaker rolls, and air-operated pinch rolls for optimal material flatness. An automatic lubrication system and adjustable edge guides enhance performance and longevity. Designed for right-to-left feeding, the unit offers auto/run cycle and loop control, driven by a 7.5 HP motor, providing reliable and automated coil processing.
