Pfaudler 50-gallon glass-lined reactor system, skid-mounted and includes condenser, Mokon temperature control unit, and integrated control panel. The vessel is internally rated for 150 PSI / Full Vacuum at 450°F and jacket rated for 125 PSI at 450°F, with a minimum design metal temperature of -20°F. Glass type 9115. Previously used in the production of silica particles, the unit is well suited for reaction processes requiring corrosion resistance and thermal control. System is still installed.
