Overview
The 2019 Laser Cookie Line is a comprehensive and efficient setup for large-scale cookie production, featuring several key components designed for optimal performance. It includes a 60" x 60ft convection oven, which ensures even baking throughout the process. The line is equipped with a Sandvik solid carbon steel baking band, known for its durability and reliable heat distribution. A guillotine and incline belt are incorporated for precise cutting and transport of dough.
The line also features a servo wirecut for consistent dough shaping, supported by a mixer with a 500kg capacity. A chiller is provided for both the mixing bowl and wirecut, enhancing temperature control during preparation. Dual motorized brushes ensure smooth operation and maintenance. All necessary controls are included for ease of operation.
