Dual process tower integrated system consisting of: (1) Alfa Laval Contherm scraped surface heat exchanger, model 6 x 3, 3 square feet heating surface. Internal rated 450 psi at 315 degrees F., jacket rated 225 psi at 315 degrees F., serial# HC3058NCC, built 1985, driven by a 7.5hp, 3/60/380 volt, 865 rpm motor. (1) Alfa Laval Contherm scraped surface heat exchanger, model 6 x 3, 3 square feet heating surface. Internal rated 300 psi at -30 to 300 degrees F., jacket rated 250 psi at -30 to 300 degrees F. serial# HC9002NCC, National Board# 261, built 2007, driven by a 5.5hp, 3/60/380 volt, 1130 rpm motor. Mounted within a support structure with a 1/2hp hydraulic raise and lower for rotors. Includes (1) spare 6 x 3 Contherm chamber, serial# HC9591NCC, National Board# 511, built 2009, control panel with SAMI frequency converter and Altivar drives, Alfa Laval plate heat exchanger with tank, (4) pumps, miscellaneous piping and valves.
