Features all stainless steel sanitary mixer, 50 liter/13 gallon/1. 8 cubic foot total capacity, 400mm diameter x 400mm deep mixing chamber with four plows and single four blade chopper, 2. 2 kw chopper motor @ 3450 rpm, 3 horsepower plow motor belt driving 25 to 1 gear reducer by Flender from 1.4 to one pulley speed increase to approx final plow speed of 100 rpm, all shafts are packing gland sealed with air purging, single internal atomizing spray station with SS pressure feed supply tank, factory controls with disconnect, stop/start for chopper and mixer plows, analog amp meter on each motor, 4. 250" x 3. 5" bottom discharge with manually operated flush seating swing valve and 27" floor clearance, discharged material funnels through 8" id discharge tube, system is wired for 220/3 phase service, painted steel factory cabinet style base with 3 removeable service doors, mounted on casters, OAD: 56" long x 42" wide x 72" high. Formerly used in cosmetic manufacturing for face powders.
