Used 50 liter Stainless Steel Triple motion Vacuum mixer. Manufactured by Ekato GmbH. Model Unimix SRT50/F30. Top entering twin motion agitator with sidewall scrappers driven by 3 kw motor. Inner paddles driven by 3 kw motor. Bottom mounted emulsifier. Integrated 1.1 kw vacuum pump. .75 kw lid lift/lower assist. Auxiliary 30 liter JB Micheils Stainless Steel pre-mix kettle. Top mounted 1.8 kw motor, rated 7.3 psi and full vacuum @ 271F internal. Jacketed for 58 psi and full vacuum @ 304F. Serial# 215035. National Board# 10. Built 2015. with agitator and homogenizer, integrated plc controls, CE rated. Ekato order# 3004839. Serial# 50106953. Built 2015.
