Overview
Unused 316L stainless steel mobile hammer mill. Manufactured by Frewitt. Model HammerWitt-6. Complete N2 purging and O2 control including PTS conveying system. 4Kw 460V/60Hz/3Ph motor with Frequency converter 1000-6000 RPM. ProFi Valve 150 with pneumatic drive volumetric feeder. System permits conical sieve milling, hammer milling, and controlled sifting operations. Special stand equipped with 4 adjustable height castors (four mobile, two with brake), in antistatic execution. Inlet: 1200 dm3/hr. Density 0.5 kg/dm3. Sample valve with 30 to 140 ml volume range. Pressure sensor on outlet of milling chamber. Caster mounted. 12" Allen Bradley PanelView Plus 7 touch screen with FactoryTalk View ME mounted in control cabinet rated for direct use in Class I, Div 1 and Class II, Div 2 Hazardous environments. Control system measures the O2 concentration with two measuring cells. Built 2018.
