Unused 1979 sq. ft. Melter SA de CV 304 Stainless Steel Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger. 1 pass shell side. 12 pass tube side. Type NEN, Horizontal. Stainless steel shell rated 120 psi / F.V. at 250 degrees F. (252) 1-1/4” O.D. x 24’ long. 16 BWG (0.065” AW) 304 stainless steel tubes rated 150 psi at 250 degrees F. 304 stainless steel expansion joint (bellows). 304 SS tubesheet. Openings shell (2) 20” and (1) 6”, opening for tubes (2) 6”. Flat bolt on stainless steel linner ends with davit arms. Mounted on carbon steel saddles. Serial# MDI-333-6. National Board #225. Built 2007.
