"Porcupine" 304-SS Processor Vacuum Dryer, Model 1P1810JTB. 18' diameter x 10' long single agitator shaft, cored and rated 50 PSI @ 260 F. 304 SS trough, rated full vacuum @ 260 F. Carbon steel jacket on external of trough, rated 50 PSI @ 260 F. Center bottom discharge outlet, 15 HP drive motor. DCE dalamatic insertable filter housing mounted on top. Johnson rotary joint. Unit equipped with packing glands. Jacket has (3) 2" pipe, (2) 1" pipe fit. Shell has (2) 1" FLG, (5) 2" FLG & (1) 4" FLG fitt. 11" S/S manually operated butterfly valve and 6" S/S manually operated ball discharge valve. Unit has rotary joint on cord shaft, mounted on steel frame 9" high w 36 tooth sprocket. Drive sprocket is 12 tooth on 31.42 to 1 ratio reducer. SVC factor 1.72. Coupled to 15 HP 3PH, 60HZ, 230/460V, 1760 RPM, Ex Proof Motor. Built 1991.
