Unused 165 cu ft Horizontal Indirect Vacuum Paddle Dryer. Manufactured by Scott Industrial. Model 6011. Built in 2016. 60" x 132". 165 cu. ft. of mixing capacity. 316 stainless steel contact. Exterior: Steel-It. Interior finished with standard mill finish. Tubular 10" schedule 80 main shaft cladded in 316 stainless with outside paddles welded to a 2" support post. Solid (1) piece 316 stainless steel support posts are welded to the main shaft. 75HP Motor with Dodge reducer 25 RPM. ASME hot oil jacket constructed of 304 stainless steel complete 14-gauge 304 stainless steel skin continuously welded to the framework with 6 zones. Jacket Rated 90 PSI@550F. National Board #75. Serial #1607-1980. (1) flanged product inlet. (1) bin vent filter with 500 CFM, 127 sq. ft. of filter media for an estimated 4.1 air to media ratio. 316 Stainless steel construction in all product contact points. (3) Access doors. Hot Oil Circulating Heat Transfer System rated for 120 kW.
