Unused 6’ Rotary Cooler. Manufactured by Feeco International. Partially installed. Counterflow Straight Tube Type. 6' diameter x 48' Length. Carbon Steel Drum and Flights. Drive rating 50 HP, 525V. Rotary Drum: (1) FEECO International counter flow, straight tube type rotary drum cooler, 6' (1829 mm) inside diameter x 48' (14630 mm ) long of A36 plate construction complete with inlet end plate and the following: Internals: Full curtain formed steel flighting fabricated from A36 steel plate. 8' bare section included at the discharge end to accommodate a coating application to the tumbling material bed. Tires: Seamless, machined-face, 1045 forged steel, 180-210 BHN. Wheels: Machined face, high carbon AISI 4140 steel, 230-270 BHN. Wheel Bearings: (8) anti-friction pillow block bearings. Wheel Shaft: Machined from cold rolled steel to be compatible with bearing design Girth Sprocket: Flame cut, A36 steel with engineered class chain. Thrust Rollers: Machined-face, high carbon steel, complete with special double roller bearings for longitudinal dryer control. Take-Ups: Inlet Breeching: A36 steel fabrication. Discharge Breeching: Oversized discharge hood to reduce dust losses, fully enclosed, includes A36 steel flanged gas outlet. Seals: FEECO double labyrinth seal for feed and discharge ends. Guards: Four wheel guards, 12-gauge carbon steel to guard nip points of trunnion wheels, (1) pinion guard, and full girth guard. Wheel & Tire Lubrication: Graphite block lubricators. Trunnion, Pinion, & Drive Unit Base: Bases of heavy structural steel. Built in 2014.
