Used 1400L Vacuum Dryer. Manufactured by Krauss Maffei. Model MT 1/200.. Constructed of 316L stainless steel. Interior has polished surface. Conical vessel has a capacity of 49.43 cu ft with working volume of 35.3 cu ft. Dryer uses an 8" diameter inclined orbiting screw, driven by a 10 HP drive to gently agitate product while drying. Can dry particles up to 5 mm in size. Rated for Full Vacuum/150 psi @ 450f on jacket and internal. Drying temperature maximum is 302 f. The top has an 18" manway with 6" sight glass, 18" flanged fitting, 4" sight glass, (2) 3" flanged fittings, (2) 2" flanged fittings, 6" flanged fittings and (2) 1" threaded fitting for the top jacket. The side has (2) 2" flanged fittings for the body jacket. The bottom has a 10" flanged discharge fitting with pneumatically operated flush mount valve and (2) 1" threaded fittings for bottom jacket.
