Unused 200000 lb/hr Duct Fired HRSG System (Heat Recovery Steam Generator). Manufactured by Rentech Boiler Systems Inc. Model Waterwall “O” Type HRSG. MAWP 450PSIG@550F. Tubes 450SPIG@700F. Feedwater flow 400 gpm at 439 psig and 228F. Natural gas duct burner system, fuel skid with gas train and flame supervision, rated capacity 136 MMBTU/h. Steam Generator System (HRSG) Evaporator with "O" type tube arrangement, steam drum and mud drum, 2" tubes. Bypass stack 50 ft height × 76" diameter. Exhaust stack 50 ft height × 76" diameter. Economizer with finned tube, single pass. Boiler Control System includes BMS (burner management system), PLC-controlled, CCS (combustion control system), HMI touch screen, Allen Bradley PLC and HMI. Interconnecting ductwork, ladders and gratings. Structural steel pre-fit by Rentech in shop, photographed and disassembled for shipment. Optional 3D modeling by Rentech for complete boiler system and auxiliaries to assist with system layout and avoid interference and fit-up issues in the field (may incur extra cost).
