Description
500-gallon 304 stainless steel kettle with scraper-type agitation and propane-fired heating system. Unit features a manual tilting mechanism with locking pin for easy unloading and cleaning access. Heating is provided by individually adjustable burners. The kettle is mounted on a mobile frame with two solid rubber wheels and two jacks for stabilization. Agitation is top-driven by a motor through a gearbox, with a full sweep agitator featuring multiple scrapers. Lid includes a center-mounted exhaust or vapor stack. Built for rapid heating and uniform product mixing in food, beverage, or botanical applications. TWO AVAILABLE.
