This used Satake ScanMaster II Color Optical Sorter, model SM11-200IEF, is a compact, high-performance sorting machine with stainless steel product contact parts. Equipped with duplex sensing, visible and infrared bichromatic cameras, and a closed-loop cooling system, this unit ensures exceptionally accurate color, shape, and foreign object detection.
With 20 high-speed ejectors, it’s optimized for precision in small to mid-sized food processing operations. Previously used for pecans, it’s ideal for sorting similar products by shape, discoloration, or contamination.
