Used 1,000 Gallon Pfaudler RA-60-1000 Glass-Lined Reactor
Approximately 1,000 gallon (3,785 liter) capacity. Vertical design with 60" (1,524 mm) diameter and 72" (1,829 mm) straight side. Glass-lined carbon steel construction. Dished top and bottom heads. Rated 100 psi internal at 450°F (6.9 bar at 232°C). Jacket rated approximately 90 psi at 350°F (6.2 bar at 177°C), half-pipe coil type. Equipped with anchor agitator, top-mounted drive approx 10 HP, top cover manway, multiple nozzles and flanged connections, and glass-lined bottom outlet. Previously used in fertilizer line.
