USED Z.M. J.Robak 1200 BPH Filling Line

Lightly used bottling line for edible oil. Manufactured by "Zakład Mechaniczny Jerzy Robak" in 2018 - commissioned in 2020.
Capacity ranges from 1,000 to 1,200 bottles per hour. Line was used for "Marasca" type glass bottles with capacities of 250 ml and 500 ml.
The line is also compatible with round bottles and plastic containers.
The line includes:
- Automatic linear filling machine, model ANM-08 Equipped with 10 filling heads featuring Coriolis flowmeters. Capacity: up to 1,500 bottles per hour.
- Automatic single-head capping machine, model ZR-02, with a mechanical cap feeder, model MPZ-01. The capper is equipped with a head designed for 31.5 x 24 mm aluminum caps. Capacity: up to 2,500 bottles per hour. Cap feeder capacity: up to 30,000 caps per hour.
- Automatic labeling machine, model LEB-2000-2, suitable for both square and round bottles. Capable of applying front and back labels simultaneously.
- Stainless steel horizontal conveyor system.
At the start of belt conveyer - place for bottle loading. Sheet metal guards installed above the conveyor in the section between the filler and the capper.
Collection table located at the end of the line (after the capper).
Line includes also:
- ZenJet 8001 high-resolution cartridge-based printer
- Additional capping head
- Replacement/spare parts.
