Fermenter tank with a 100-liter (approximately 26 gallon) capacity, constructed of stainless steel. Tank measures 20" diameter x 24" straight side and features a clamped top with pneumatic assist lid and dish top and bottom. Equipped with an 8" top handhole plus eight top ports ranging from 2" to 4". Bottom outlet is a 2" center bottom opening with a split to a 1" discharge valve. Mounted on legs with casters for mobility. Internally rated for 45 PSI and full vacuum at 300°F. Jacket is rated for 150 PSI at 300°F.
