1,000-liter stainless steel tank built by BCD Manufacturing with bottom-driven agitation and mobile frame. The vessel measures approximately 40" diameter x 48" straight side and includes a dished top and bottom. The welded top head features multiple process ports ranging from 1.5" to 4" in diameter and a 24" top manway with a clamped cover. The bottom discharge is approximately 1.5" in diameter and includes a sanitary valve. Rated for 3 bar (43.5 PSI) internal pressure and 2.5 bar (36.3 PSI) operating pressure. Built in July 2000 for pharmaceutical-grade service.
