Overview
Mateer (Pneumatic Scale Angelus) model 3803D automatic servo auger filler for dry powder/ granular products. Stainless steel construction. It can fill up to 90 cpm depending on the product and the container size. Servo auger drive for accurate fills. The auger feeds into a removable two spout divider for filling two containers at once. The hopper has a 7" infeed and slow speed side swept agitation. Touch screen HMI and plc control cabinet. The company that we got this unit from kept the conveyor with the indexing cylinders on it. We are including a 4.5" wide x 96" long table top conveyor frame. The buyer will need to add the indexing cylinders. Otherwise this unit appears to be in good shape. Priced accordingly.
Mateer Auger Filler. Filler has a 7" powder infeed spout. It has (2) 1" fill nozzles on 3.5" centers on the bottom. Uses an Allen Bradley panelview plus 600 control system. Capable of speeds up to 90 cpm. Good Condition.
