This used Fryma VME-2400 vacuum mixer is a pharmaceutical-grade processing vessel with a working capacity of 2400 liters and is specifically designed for vacuum mixing, dispersing, and blending viscous products like creams, pastes, and emulsions.
The system features dual agitator drives: a 7.5 HP motor for a central 3-propeller agitator with wall scraper, and a 50 HP motor for an off-center disperser-type agitator, enabling thorough mixing and high-shear processing. Jacketed for heating up to 150°C, this unit is rated for full vacuum and slight positive pressure in both the tank and jacket.
This unit was previously used for toothpaste manufacturing, and the interior is polished to a pharmaceutical-grade finish. It includes multiple sanitary ports, an inspection light, and a pneumatically operated 6" sanitary discharge valve.
