This Krauss-Maffei MT 1/200 vacuum mixer dryer is a conical screw dryer constructed from 316L stainless steel with a polished interior and rated for full vacuum and 150 PSI at 450°F (internal and jacket). The vessel features a 49.43 cu.ft. total capacity and a 35.3 cu.ft. working volume, making it ideal for vacuum drying of powders, granules, and moist solids up to 5mm in size.
An 8" diameter inclined orbiting screw, powered by a 10 HP drive, provides gentle agitation during the drying cycle. The unit includes a large 10" flanged discharge with flush-mount pneumatic valve, multiple flanged and threaded connections, and jacketed zones on the top, side, and bottom for precise thermal control.
