Description

This is an electric process air heater with heaters made by General Electric. It has 4 banks of heating elements that are 75 kw each for a total of 300 kw. They are built into a stainless steel ductwork. The main body of duct work is 84" long x 36" wide x 24" high. It has a 14" x 16" louvred flanged air intake. The 20" diameter discharge is connected by duct work and is 48" below the main duct work. 480 vac power required. This unit was installed on a calciner but the project was cancelled before they had much use. Good condition.
