New Brunswick Scientific Co. 3000L (750 gallon) capacity Stainless Steel Tank. National Board #569. Diameter is 48” with a 72” straight side with jacket on the lower 24". Vessel- Max Allowable Working Pressure 40PSIG/O PSIA. Jacket-Max Allowable Working Pressure 35 PSIG. Vessel- Max Temp. 300°F. Jacket- Max Temp. 300°F. Vessel- Hydrotest 80 PSIG. Jacket- Hydrotest 100 PSIG. The top has a 18”RFSO with blind flange with 4” sightglass, a 2” sightglass , one-¼” plug, one-½” plug, one- ¾” plug and one-1” threaded coupling on the neck. The top of the tank has a 1-1/2” agitator shaft (no motor included), ¾” threaded coupling, ¼” threaded coupling, one-1” 150lb. Pad flange, one-4” 150lb. Pad flange, and three lift lags. The upper 24” inch portion of the tank has three-2” threaded couplings, one-3/4” threaded coupling, one-1” threaded coupling with fitting, two-1” sanitary threaded, one-2” 150lb. Pad flange with blind, and one Ametek MNG DIV. Pressure Gauge on a 1”pad flange. The lower 48” jacketed portion has three-2” threaded couplings. Below the jacket is six--1” sanitary threaded. The bottom has one--2” pad flange with blind, one-½” valve with fittings, one-1” valve with fittings, one-2” valve with fittings, and 3 lift lugs.Built 1982. Sits on four carbon steel legs. Overall Size is 132” x 80”.
