Description

New Brunswick Scientific Co. 500L(132 gallon) capacity Stainless Steel Tank. National Board #566. Diameter is 28” with a 40” straight side with jacket on the lower 31". Vessel- Max Allowable Working Pressure 40PSIG/O PSIA. Jacket-Max Allowable Working Pressure 35 PSIG. Vessel- Max Temp. 300°F. Jacket- Max Temp. 300°F. Vessel- Hydrotest 80 PSIG. Jacket- Hydrotest 100 PSIG. The top has an 18”RFSO with blind flange with a 1” agitator shaft(no motor included) , one 2- ¼” threaded sanitary fitting, one 1-¾” sightglass, one- 3/8” plug, one ¼” plug, one- ¾” plug and a Ametek MNG DIV. Pressure Gauge. The neck has one- ¾” threaded coupling, one- 1” threaded coupling, and two- ¼” couplings with plugs. The top portion has two- 2” 150lb. Pad flanges, one -1” 150lb. Pad flange, five- 1” couplings with fittings and two- 1” sanitary threaded couplings. The jacketed portion has two- 1” threaded couplings and one- ¾” threaded coupling. Below the jacket is three- 1” couplings with fittings, two- 1’ sanitary fittings, and one- ¾” sanitary fitting. The bottom has one- 1” center drain valve, one- 2” 150lb. Pad flange, one- 1” threaded coupling and one- ¾” threaded coupling. The unit sits on four carbon steel legs and has an agitator bracket. Built 1982. Sits on four carbon steel legs. Overall Size is 84” x 52”.
