Description

Wyssmont Turbo-Dryer also known as a rotary tray dryer. The rotary tray dryer is natural gas fired with a gas train and burner. The Turbo-Dryer has (17) rows of 78" diameter trays with stationary wipers. The trays are 19.25" wide and are constructed of stainless steel and carbon steel with some carbon steel replacements. The dryer has a 5" x 15" outlet on bottom with a reducer, a 15" x 4.75" infeed on top, and a 21" x 33" exhaust outlet . Driven by a ¾ hp 1750 rpm 90 vdc motor with reducer. Discharge height is 24". Over height is 155". Included with the rotary tray dryer are a cleated belt feed conveyor, a gas train, and burner.
