Overview
JH Day 1.5 cuft horizontal dough type roller bar mixer with 2 rotating roller bars and one stationary bar. Carbon steel construction. Bowl is 15" wide and diameter across the bars is 15". Bowl manual tilts to open and close using a hand wheel. Bowl has low pressure jacket with analog temperature display. There is a 6" locking fitting for powders and a 1/2" threaded pipe fitting on the top. Mixer has dual speed controls and mechanical timer. Overall dimensions are 3.5' long x 3' wide x 5' high. Requires 230 vac 3 phase electrical supply. Good condition.
