Description
Bühler 1500 liter (400 gallon) stainless steel vacuum mixer. National Board # 23519. Serial #26694. Vessel is rated for full vacuum & 3 psi at 250° F. The jacket is rated for 50 psi at 250° F. The interior diameter is 51" with a 66" straight side height, 12" cone bottom and 10" dish top. The top has (3) 2" flanged fittings, (1) 1" flanged fitting, (1) 4" flanged fitting, (1) 8" flanged fitting and a 3" sight glass. The bottom as a 3" flanged center discharge connected to a ball valve. The jacket is fed by 2" flanged fittings. The scrape agitation is power by a hydraulic motor. The high speed disperser blade is driven by an electric motor that is missing. The 12" disperser blade has a 19" adjustment in depth using a hydraulic lift system. The vacuum processing kettle comes with a control panel and a Reliance Electric GP2000 VS Drive model 2GU41100, variable speed, constant torque, AC controller for a 100 hp motor. The unit was mounted on a mezzanine with three stainless steel mounting lugs. The overall dimensions are 160" tall x 54". Good Condition. Built 1995.
