Description

Meprotec Komet Steril Inline vertical coloid mill. Constructed of 316 stainless steel. It has a 250 liter(66 gallon) mixing tank. This homogenizer is equipped with mechanical gap distance adjustment from 3 mm to 18 mm. Homogenizer has a 2" twist style impeller. Homogenizer also has a liquid seal system. Has a 2" sanitary discharge that goes to a pneumatically operated 3 way ball valve for discharge and recirculation options. Top has a 2" sanitary fitting for recirculating material, a 3" sanitary fitting for dry material infeed and a 2.5" sanitary fitting liquid material infeed. Unit is belt driven by 25 hp electric motor. Requires 460 vac 3 ph electrical supply. Hopper and mill are supported by 3" arms with load cells. Unit also has a pneumatic 2" 3 way diverter valve.
