SPC9176 Material Handling Equipment drum dumper, Dynamic Air model 113788

Dynamic Air recently designed and built this Quick-Flip drum dumper Series 464 as part of an overall system handling aluminum powder. The Quick-Flip drum dumper is designed to empty 55-gallon drums of material into a transporter that would pneumatically conveys (the pneumatic conveying system is not included) the material to either a storage hopper or blending process. The drum dumper features a rotating frame with an air-lift platform for container sealing, an automatic sealing adapter to the transporter inlet and an ultra-sonic vibrator. Unit has 1 HP 230/460 3 phase motor. Unit has Hazardous Duty boxes and controls. Part # is 113788. Serial # 223884. Unit is 94" wide x 70" deep x 95" tall. Manual on file.
