Description
Sargent single-pass continuous conveyor dryer. The dryer has a 3 heating zone system, each with an electric heat source. The first zone appears to have a 350° F maximum temperature and zones two and three appear to have a 700° F maximum temperature based on the original drawing. The conveyor dyer has a 20.5" wide stainless steel perforated conveyor belt that passes through a 210" long x 78" wide x 85" tall tunnel. The tunnel has three side access doors. The dryer has a 6" diameter inlet that is 124" from ground level and a 6" diameter outlet that is 30" from the ground. Overall dimensions of the unit are 295" long x 78" wide x 147" tall with drives and motors. Serial # 2036. Built 1976.
