Climax Packaging Machinery model Com-Pak DP3 drop case packer with lane divider. This unit can pack round and non-round containers at speeds up to 15 cases per minute depending on product and orientation. Case size ranges of 5"w x 8"l x 3"h minimum to 12"w x 20"l x 14"h maximum. Plastic table top conveyor measuring 15" wide by 9' long with (4) 3.5" lanes. Conveyor is made-up of (2) 7.5" wide belts. Currently the product infeed height is 57" and case outfeed height is 30". The packing is in a 4 x 4 grid orientation. Overall dimensions are 144" long x 72" wide x 88" tall. Unit comes with several drop quill sets for other sizes of bottles. Capable of up to 30 cpm.
