Hamilton 10 cu ft V blender. The shell is constructed of type 316 stainless steel and the unit is mounted on a stainless steel stand and base. 15" inside diameter opening. Interior is rated for 50 psi and full vacuum at 300° F (Missing lid). 2" steam inlet and outlet with rotating couplings. National Board # 5951. Serial number C-9814. Built in 1987. Each cylinder is 20" in diameter and 45" long for a total capacity of 13 cu ft. This unit is driven by a 7.5 hp motor with 40 to 1 gear reducer. 230/460 vac 3 phase power required. Good condition.
