Description

370 square feet Isotherm 304 stainless steel shell and tube heat exchanger. Heat exchanger built by Isotherm of Arlington, TX in 2000. Model number IX-1215L for non-lethal, non-corrosive service. Serial number 00038X. National Board number 66. Shell MAWP is 100 PSI @200 degree F. Tube MAWP is 250 PSI @ 200 degee F. Unit has 154- 16 gauge SA249-TP304 straight tubes 14'- 8 5/8" long. Shell is 12-3/4" diameter times 14'-8 5/8" long of SA312-TP304. Both heads are 304 stainless steel. Shell side nozzles are two 4" RFSO flanges, one 1" threaded coupling, and one 3/4" threaded coupling. Tube side nozzles are two 3" tubes, two 1-1/4" tubes and two 1/4" couplings.The tube side tubes are brazed into the head and appear to be copper. Fittings or attachment to piping required. Unit has two saddle supports.
