Description

Walker 1,000 gallon processor with single motion side and bottom agitation. 316 stainless steel construction. National Board # 1078. Model P2CBS. Serial number 3751. Jacket is rated at 125 psi @ 353° F (jacket leaks). Kettle has a dish bottom, flat top, hinged half lid on top, hydraulic agitator drive, 78" diameter x 65" straight wall height, 3" center bottom sanitary drain, and various sanitary inlets on top. Kettle is on pipe legs. Can add hydraulic power unit. Poor condition.
